Our home check-in services are designed to meet your unique needs. Services include: 

• Mail collection 
• Collection of additional outside mailings/papers 
• Weekly/monthly property walk-through including: 

Home Interior: checking for running toilets, evidence of any pipe or roof leaks, running of garbage disposal and all sinks, checking for leaks in the water heater, observation of thermostat temperature and any unusual temperature variations in the home, refrigerator, and freezer temperature checks, any presence of interior pests, disturbances to windows, locks, and doors, and the continued function of smoke detectors. 

Home Exterior: Ground observation of gutters and roof for damage or obstructions, visual inspection of lawn and landscaping, and confirmation of pool water levels if applicable.
